NAIMA LUXURY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We strive to provide our guests with a spotless, safe, and friendly accommodation experience. These Terms & Conditions/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you and are presented here to help promote our guest’s safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understanding between Naïma Luxury Home, Cottage and Apartment Rentals the guest. Our Terms & Conditions/House Rules may change occasionally, so please check back often.

Cancelation Policy

​

PAYMENT: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card or a bank transfer.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Note. The website says the payment method invoice is bank transfer; however, we will send you a secure booking link where you can process the credit card payment.

 
CHECKS: We do not accept checks.

• Total ( 100% ) payment is due 14 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card. 

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable

• We do not refund or change dates within the penalty period.

• No Shows (no cancel and no show on arrival date) incur a 100% penalty.

• Check-outs before the scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night plus tax.

We highly recommend travel insurance and cancellation insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that cause a cancellation.

 

Reservation Policy

DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES: When making the reservation, a deposit of one night's accommodation is required to guarantee your booking. A secure payment link will be sent to your email address so you can process the required payments/deposits. 
 

DIRECT BOOKING BENEFITS: We guarantee you will always receive the best price when booking directly.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Our rates are subject to change without prior notice until you confirm your reservation.

Once you receive your booking confirmation, the booking will no longer be eligible for price discounts and special offers.

RATES: All rates are quoted in US dollars per night and exclude tax.  Rates may increase without notice.  Rates are based on double occupancy for Naïma Luxury Cottage One Bedroom, quad occupancy for Naïma Luxury Cottage Two Bedroom, and Maxwell Luxury Home sleeps up to 6 people. An extra person charge is US$40 per night plus taxes.

TAXES: Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price.

ONLINE BOOKINGS: Naïma Luxury does not guarantee bookings made online on the day of arrival; please call us directly at +297 592 2325 to see our availability and whether we can accommodate you.

RESERVATION CHANGES: Please note that changes to an existing reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

THIRD-PARTY RESERVATIONS: For reservations booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals, please contact the booking provider for their policies.

Terms & Conditions

1. The guests must take care of the accommodation and equipment throughout their stay. The guest is responsible for any damage, negligence, or loss to/in the accommodation, the equipment, and elsewhere in Naïma Luxury Home, Cottage & Apartment Rentals during the stay.

2. Each accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons specified for the accommodation concerned. 

3. The guest is not permitted to allow persons other than those specified in the reservation to use the accommodation.

4. Guests must provide proof of identity at the beginning of their stay.

5. We require valid contact information from the reservation guest, including first and last name, address, phone number, flight information, and arrival time.

6. Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of the guest’s arrival. Check-in before 3:00 p.m. may be available subject to prior arrangement with Naïma Luxury Home, Cottage, and Apartment Rentals.

7. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Later check-out times may be possible by prior arrangement (1 day before departure) with an additional charge and subject to availability. (In the absence of such prior arrangement, failure to check out by 11:00 a.m. may result in the guest being charged for an additional night’s accommodation at the standard applicable rate.

8. If maintenance work is necessary, the guest will be allowed to carry out such work on the accommodation during the guest’s stay without being entitled to any compensation.

9. Naïma Luxury is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of US$ 150 will be added to the guest’s account if we need to process the room after the stay. E-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, and pipes are not permitted in the indoor areas of our property.

10. Pets are not allowed on the property’s grounds or in our rooms. 

11. Guests may use the swimming pool at their own risk. The lifeguard is off duty. Children should always be supervised at the pool or in the gardens.

12. Guests are expected to use the internet responsibly and carefully. Naïma Luxury is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of the use of the internet or malfunctions in the network.

13. Borrowed items must be returned at checkout or earlier. A fee of US$ 75 will be charged for each missing item.

14. Damage discovered after checkout or a room with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and “trashed” will be subject to a maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee, and third-party fees.

15. The guest is liable for any loss and damage to the accommodation during the stay.

16. Naïma Luxury will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury to goods or persons due to services provided by third parties.

17. The contract between the guest and Naïma Luxury Home, Cottage, and Apartment Rentals is governed exclusively by Aruban law, and the courts of Aruba have exclusive jurisdiction.
